這首歌有種推理小說的味道哩。

陳綺貞在最後才揭曉另一半根本已不再愛自己的事實。

另一半只是想離開，就只是想離開…。

連背叛的誘惑都沒有，就只是想離開。

但是另一半仍舊是那麼的吸引著自己，仍然是那麼美好，沒有犯錯， 沒有醜惡，還有著滿滿的浪漫。

於是，自己連怪罪第三者的機會都沒有，也沒有恨他的依據和理由。

就只有對一段不捨的感情消逝後的空虛，長久的圍繞，再也甩不掉。

與背叛相較起來，還寧願被背叛，至少欲哭有淚，而且仍有個"恨" 或"蠻怨"什麼的，可以當自己的精神寄託。There are as many nights as days, and the one is just as long as the other in the year’s course.
